A glittering professional's career can conceal many of the most tragic stories. Lolo Jones, who won both the USA championships as well as the World Championships in hurdle events has reached her current position with a lot struggle as well as a lot of perseverance. Jones was born to a motherless family that included five kids living suffering from poverty and hardships when she was a kid, endured an incredibly difficult childhood. She lived with her mother in the basement of a church, and was constantly on the go. She won the 100-meter obstacle at the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Also, she was a part of the winning team for the 100-meter relay. In 2003 and 2004, Jones was the winner of the indoor hurdles competition during the NCAA Championship. Jones started her career with the year 2005, after she finished her education. She started training for a successful track career. That following year, she took home in the Torino Memorial event, and in the year 2206, she was crowned the Ostrava track race as in addition to the Heusden track event.

Brandt was raised and born in Cape Town in South Africa. She emigrated into Auckland New Zealand with her family in her late teens. Brandt was discovered by casting directors in her native town, and she was offered the part as Naevia in the Starz hit Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. In collaboration with the producers Steven S. D Knight and Sam Raimi she captivated audiences through her performances and became one of the shows breakout starlets. Mazikeen appeared as the Vertigo/DC comics fans' favorite Mazikeen in Netflix's Lucifer that ran for six seasons. Lucifer has broken the record of binge viewing and was named the most binged show in 2021 by Forbes. Brandt will next be seen in a 6 episode Walking Dead limited spin-off starring Andrew Lincoln and Danai Giurira that will premiere in 2024. Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981 from Cape Town South Africa. She is an New Zealand actress with a great talent. Lesley Brandt along with the rest of her family relocated into Auckland New Zealand, in 1999. The year 1999, in Auckland Brandt was initially a retail worker, but was later promoted to IT Management Consultant. Lesley has appeared in several commercials after doing a couple of modelling projects. In 2008, she completed her training in acting. After that, in 2009 she began her training again using the Meisner technique of studying. Lesley's very first prominent acting role was on the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt is a supporting actor on the New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. In a subsequent sci-fi adaptation This Is Not My Life she played the city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt played Naevia in the television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The character was later reprised as the role in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
